Recognition and Rewards
Eduventures has established a Recognition and Rewards Program to formally recognize the outstanding work being done by employees every day and to celebrate success stories and achievements. Recognition and Rewards encompasses two programs – the Spectacular Performance on Task (SPOT) Awards and the Annual Awards.
The SPOT Awards Program enables employees to recognize each other for one-time, specific achievements. The Annual Awards Program provides an opportunity for employees to recognize ongoing, consistent job excellence by their colleagues. The program culminates each year in a companywide awards ceremony.
