About Our Work
We are seeking contract higher education research consultants to contribute to specific client engagements serving our college and university clients across several of our practice areas. Our client engagements support institutions' needs to solve complex institutional problems through research, on-site training, and management consulting. We are specifically looking to recruit qualified contract candidates in the areas of enrollment management, fundraising, and educational assessment. Ideal candidates are critical thinkers with exceptional skills in research, writing, quantitative analysis, and presentation development, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking contract enrollment management and development analysts that possess expertise in one or more of the areas defined below.

Content expertise or experience
Contract business research consultants should possess expertise in one or more of the functional areas defined below:

• Enrollment management
• Admissions, marketing, and recruiting strategy and planning
• Enrollment research and analytics
• Strategic enrollment planning
• Retention and student success
• Financial aid and pricing
• Development and fundraising
• Annual giving
• Major giving
• Development audits
• Campaign planning and management
• Coaching and training
• Marketing and communications
• Assessment and evaluation – K-12 and Higher Education
• Value-added analysis

Methodological expertise or experience

• Advanced and intermediate statistical analysis (using SPSS, including hierarchical linear modeling)
• Advanced or intermediate PowerPoint presentation development
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel usage
• Strategic interviewing
• Secondary source research and reporting
• White paper/prose writing
• Survey instrument development
• Focus group facilitation
