- NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.
- To enter to win the related prize without completing the survey, you many send a 3x5 card, which includes your name, address, email address and phone number to:
- The sweepstakes begins at midnight (EST) on the “Drawing Date” (as defined in the survey). All entries must be received by 48 hours prior to Drawing Date. Approximate retail value of the prize is less than $500.
- Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing.
- Winner(s) will be notified by email. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.
- Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. residents over the age of 18; each entrant may win one prize per year.
- Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Void in Puerto Rico and outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- All entries become the property of the sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prize not transferable. No substitutions for prize except by sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted, unless substitution is otherwise prohibited by law. Only one entry per household per day is permitted.
- Except where prohibited, winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility.
- Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received for any reason including reasons of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility will not be eligible. Eduventures, Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
