Eduventures Continuing and Professional Education Learning Collaborative

CPEThe Continuing and Professional Education Learning Collaborative (CPE-LC) is our first and most mature Learning Collaborative. It is designed to help universities and colleges identify new revenue and growth opportunities, improve organizational and operational performance, and stay abreast of leading management practices within the continuing and professional education community. CPE-LC provides insight and direction to identify best management practices, benchmark performance, and improve core processes through research, analysis, and networking opportunities.

CPE-LC provides Collaborative Research, Custom Analysis, and opportunities for interactions with our analysts and with decision-makers at peer institutions.

CPE-LC’s recent and upcoming Collaborative Research studies include:

Assessing Consumer Preferences for Adult, Continuing, and Professional Education
This study is focused on identifying adult learners’ motivations, purchasing behavior, and curriculum and delivery preferences, allowing members to build more effective marketing, pricing, and positioning strategies.

Utilizing University Web Sites as a Marketing and Recruitment Tool
This study highlights opportunities for members to optimize their Web sites to ensure greater levels of marketing effectiveness.

Aligning Programs to Meet Employer Needs
This best practices study will identify the characteristics of successful contract relationships between universities and government and corporate employers in a continuing education context. This research will enable members to improve their operating performance, and increase their potential for tuition revenue growth and marketing success.
