  • Cost Effective: The membership model allows members to access Eduventures' expert analysts and peer network for a fraction of the cost of proprietary consulting. We save institutions time, money, and resources by utilizing our research and industry expertise to inform decisions and offer strategic solutions.

  • Increased Efficiency: By learning from peers, members reduce the risk of reinventing the wheel when addressing challenges or launching new initiatives. Additionally, Eduventures' analysts conduct thorough preliminary research for members to help them allocate limited resources effectively. Analysts synthesize past research, provide market insight, and strategize with member institutions on a wide array of topics from scoping out custom reports for your specific institution, to strategizing with your team to incorporate data and research into your planning process. Our team can also help university leaders to decipher and analyze the wealth of data that often exists in house, but is not fully used due to resource constraints.

  • Wisdom of Experience: Eduventures focuses exclusively on higher education, making our team of analysts and practitioners some of the country's leading experts in the sector. (See where our experts have been quoted.) Additionally, through our membership programs, we are in regular contact with thousands of practitioners in the field to ensure the relevance and timeliness of our analysis.

  • Multi-layered Support: We know that campus leaders have a diverse set of challenges, be they recruiting and retaining students, launching new degree programs, or securing resources. Our peer network, broad research into shared challenges, institution-specific analysis, and one-on-one guidance offer members a complex system of support to meet any challenge effectively.

Collaboration with Peers

  • Each member is immediately linked into a dynamic peer network to exchange best practices and share solutions to common challenges for increased institutional efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Members set a research agenda for Eduventures' expert analysts to carry out. We conduct 2-3 membershipwide research projects each year to delve deeply into the most pressing challenges our members face.
  • Members come together in person once a year for our Annual Member Meeting and participate in multiple webinars and teleconferences about current issues in distance education.
  • Members have online access to a research library of over 1,000 research reports completed for the program.

Customized Support

  • You can consider Eduventures' expert analysts as an extension of your team. Analysts provide strategic brainstorming sessions, insights, and delivery of quick analysis and recommendations to members.
  • Each member can commission customized research projects throughout the year to inform their strategy. Eduventures' analysts work directly with members to design the investigation, deliver the analysis, and guide decision-making based on the results.
  • Members can request strategy sessions with our expert advisors – we can work with your staff during a strategic planning retreat on campus or conduct the session via webinar. You can customize this benefit to best meet your institution's needs.

"The ability to do a real quick and dirty Member Q&A as part of our membership is fabulous.  It gives us the ability to quickly poll the other members in the Learning Collaborative to get a pulse of what's happening in the world of online education."
